These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Wauchula Movers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Wauchula Movers offers moving services, including local and long-distance moving, commercial moving, residential moving, and storage solutions. The specific services provided will be outlined in the agreement between you and Wauchula Movers.
2. Agreement and Booking
By booking our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Wauchula Movers. A contract is formed upon confirmation of your booking, which includes details such as the scope of work, dates, and payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due as agreed upon in the contract or invoice. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other forms as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are packed securely and ready for transport. Any items requiring special handling must be disclosed at the time of booking. You are also responsible for providing accurate information regarding the move, including addresses, access points, and any special requests.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the move if unforeseen circumstances arise.
6. Insurance and Liability
Wauchula Movers provides basic insurance coverage for items during the move. However, we are not responsible for any damages to items that are improperly packed or those deemed unsuitable for transport. Additional insurance may be purchased for extra protection.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or strikes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the move.
8. Access and Parking
It is your responsibility to ensure that the moving truck has adequate access to your property and that there is enough parking space for our vehicle. Any fees for parking permits or access restrictions are your responsibility.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wauchula Movers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms, negligence, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
11. Amendments
Wauchula Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you will be notified in advance. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
